Tandem is an innovative app designed for 2-6 year olds and their parents. Early interactions between children and their parents is critical to shaping a child’s future. At Tandem we are creating technology that you can use together, anytime, anywhere and make it easy to support your child’s development. It’s technology that’s about supporting human-to-human interaction.

Tandem uses our friendly AI robots Tan and Dem to create unique and personalised stories. Play as you make the story, have fun as you read together and learn new things as you go.

Tandem is designed to help children learn in a way that is best for them. We’re determined to create tech that supports children to thrive. We’re not about ‘digital dummies’ or adverts. You could say it’s guilt free screen time!

Ignite your child's imagination. We're on a mission to make early childhood technology an enchanting adventure for both parents and children. Our app is safe and ad-free so you can focus on the joy of time together.

Why shared reading?

Reading together is a fantastic way to connect with your child. That's why we’ve built Tandem to spark imagination through creative storytelling and fun fact books about whatever you and your child are interested in. Read, customise, and personalise stories together. With extra prompts and supports, you can make reading fun and engaging. And when they're ready, children can unleash their own creativity and make their own stories too.
